Proxy users

Proxies have two main features. The first feature is the ability of a proxy to unblock websites while the second feature is the anonymity it provides in websurfing.
The most sought after and often the largest group of users are school children living in the developed countries. These school children have access to computers at school but their web surfing activities are restricted by their school network firewall. But because a lot of these children are fond of social networking sites like myspace they are always on the lookout for ways to access these sites from school. Proxies give them the opportunity to unblock these sites.
